THE NO GARBAGE TRUCKS! PLEDGE ™

People from more than 100 countries have taken The No Garbage Trucks! Pledge™ with me, and “The Pledge” has been translated into 48 languages. Individuals, families, businesses, churches, temples, and schools have all taken  The Pledge, and more are taking it every day.

In order to increase “happiness, success, and civility” in the world, we need your help. We need you to join us and take The Pledge.

When you take The Pledge and honor it, you no longer take personally the negative things you cannot control; you take greater responsibility for the things you can. Each time you let a Garbage Truck pass you by, you take control of your life. Each time you stop dumping garbage on other people, you change the world.

Will you join us? Will you take The No Garbage Trucks! Pledge now?

Begin by reading The Pledge.

Then watch individuals and organizations from around the world take The Pledge with me. Be ready to join in and take The Pledge yourself. Just repeat after me.

Hi! Here is a translation into Portuguese (brazilian):
A PROMESSA DE DIZER NÃO AOS CAMINHÕES DE LIXO!
Eu não aceito lixo em minha vida!
Quando vejo Caminhões de Lixo passando,
eu não me identifico pessoalmente com eles.
Apenas sorrio. Cumprimento.
Desejo-lhes tudo de bom,
e, caio fora!
E eu não entrego LIXO para os demais.
Eu não sou um Caminhão de Lixo!
Eu não aceito lixo na minha vida.
I’ll use it in my relationships and distribute between my friends! Thank you for your strong proposal!
Regards,
Zé Carlos.

I am recommending this book to all patients. I also am going to recommend this book to family supporters of soft bipolar patients….the later who do lots of dumping. I also have made my own moves to stop others from dumping on me. Even though a therapist, all of the propositions of the book are still tough…..to get out the way of a charging bull.

Good job to the author….its great service.
